Oasis Property Rentals is the rental arm of Oasis Property Services — a Central Oregon-based property company serving the Pacific Northwest. We list and book a curated collection of vacation homes across Bend, Sunriver, Sisters, Black Butte Ranch, Joseph, Eugene, and surrounding markets.
We started Oasis because the bigger booking platforms felt impersonal — for guests and owners both. Guests pay extra fees for properties they barely know, owners give up control over their homes, and nobody on the ground actually knows the area. We wanted to do it differently: stay small enough that you can call us, big enough that the experience is consistent, and local enough that we know the best coffee shop, trailhead, and wood-fired pizza near every property we rent.

When you book through Oasis instead of a third-party platform, three things change. First: the price drops, because we don't have to pass on a 15% service fee. You'll usually save 12–18% by booking direct, because we don't add platform service fees. You also get a real human (us) for any questions before, during, or after your stay — not a chat queue. Our cancellation and refund policies are listed on each property page.
Every property has full photo galleries and detailed descriptions. If you'd like a video walkthrough or specific photos of a particular feature, just email us — we're happy to help.
Self check-in via smart lock for most properties. Codes are sent the morning of your arrival. A few of our larger properties have in-person greetings — we'll let you know in advance which applies.
Some are, some aren't — it varies by owner. Pet-friendly properties are clearly labeled in our listings, and most charge a small per-pet cleaning fee.
Yes. We offer monthly rates for stays of 28 nights or longer. Email us for availability and pricing — these don't always show on the public booking widget.
